Santa Cruz YC: Where it all began . . .
Clipper Event at Santa Cruz Yacht Club

We met up with Clipper Venture’s Operations Manager Colin deMowbray (of Nottingham, no less) and California Clipper Committee Member Bob DeWitt at the beautiful Santa Cruz Yacht Club. Colin entertained us all with a photo-filled presentation of prior race footage (Can I start the race NOW?) and the hopes of having a California boat for the 2009/2010 campaign (the last 2 races had a New York boat).
