Jon: Where does a good general keep his armies?..... (wait for it) up his sleevies!
We have been laughing about this joke for days. The best part was that Mark had to ask for clarification. Clearly, we are delirious from sleep deprivation and overall excitement about racing out here with some wicked fun and challenging conditions. When we don't know the answer to a question, "sleevies" seems like a perfectly good one.
Today was our more-than-half way-party. On cue, the sun and puffy clouds made an appearance - as did Knox in an eye patch (again, that seems perfectly normal out here).
It finally feels like summer! We had cheeseburgers in paradise, sweet potato fries, and cake with icing. Our freezer is keeping us well fed. We bombed down big waves at crazy speeds to "go fast tunes" (yes we also have a bluetooth stereo). Wagner (think Valkyries) has never gone so fast at sea.
Uh oh, gotta go - another squall is hunting us down.
